Park Lake Residences Renovation Reveal

Initial renovations at the Park Lake Residences have been completed and the first lucky residents have been moved back into their apartments. With new flooring, paint, bathrooms, and appliances, this renovation modernized their spaces and improved their living conditions.

Residents were moved from their apartments to temporary housing, arranged by the MRG team, while the renovations were being completed. This allowed the crews to complete their work more quickly and reduced the inconvenience on the residents.

Improving the lives of our residents is the most important part of our work here at MRG. Over 400 affordable housing units in our portfolio have been renovated in 2021, and even more are planned for 2022. These improvements allow our residents to be happier, safer, and more proud of the place they call home.
