24/7 Emergency Line

In case of an emergency, such as no heat or water leak or gas odor, that happens after normal business hours, meaning after 5pm or on the weekend or holidays, residents should use the 24/7 emergency line at 212-835-9040. The answering service will take your message, you should provide as many details as possible, and then they will contact a member of our maintenance staff who is on call to cover these emergency calls.

A member of our maintenance staff will arrive as quickly as possible. You must be available to give them access to your apartment. They will inspect for the emergency repairs you have reported, and they will also note any other areas or conditions in your apartment that need repairs or other services. They will take photos of the areas and conditions that need to be addressed.
Repairs may be commenced immediately or rescheduled at a different time if that issue is not an emergency or a part needs to be ordered, etc. Additionally, you may use the “For Tenants” tab on the MRG website to submit a work order.
